The IGL production facility is a specialty pharmaceutical and dairy industry manufacturing plant, designed in accordance with Q7A Good Manufacturing Practice Guidance for active pharmaceutical ingredients, as well as building code and dairy industry standards. The 3,250sqm facility includes a variety of distinct areas as part of the process, service and support requirements of the building. Overall the building has rationalised the complicated special relationships required within, by providing a variety of forms for the differing functional areas, and has provided human scale and visual interest to an otherwise utilitarian building. The facility was evaluated and accredited on completion, by the United States FDA.
