Fonterra Clandeboye is a major South Canterbury based dairy processing factory producing milk powders, protein products, cheese and butter for domestic and export markets.
DLA has been an integral part of the project teams tasked with delivering a major expansion programme beginning in the early 1990’s and culminating with a state of the art Mozarella Cheese factory completed in 2020.
In our role as Lead Architectural Consultant, we have provided design, documentation and construction observation on a range of Fonterra's building projects. This has included multi-storey drier towers, warehousing, laboratories, workshops and administration offices.
